If the Royal Charter isn't right for your family, ask for a refund within 30 days of paying. You don't need to give a reason.
The Royal Charter
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once it's refunded, the charter code stops working: the ads come back and the Founder's Pack cosmetics are removed. Your game progress is not affected.
Purchases made by a child
If a child bought the Charter without permission, ask for a refund and we'll process it, even after 30 days.
How to ask
Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which processes all refunds. Use the link in your receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order. You can also email support@castlebonk.com and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live. It doesn't limit them.
