What it does

A big walker that can't be knocked back. Frosty Roar every 10 s: telegraph chest puffs up and a 0.8 s breath cloud, then a cone of 350 px pushes marching units back 80 px and frosts the nearest defender tower slot (stunned for 1.5 s, iced over and shivering).

How to beat Yeti

Fire mage (+50%), Pikeman (bonus vs giants), Keep Catapult, Crossbow Tower, and Boiling Oil. Knight is useless against a giant.

Best counters: Pyromancer and Pikeman.

Also works: Crossbow Tower, Keep Catapult and Boiling Oil.

Not great against it: Footman and Knight.

  • Giants are too big to knock back.
  • Icy foes take 50% more fire damage and shrug off frost.

Yeti in the campaign

On Normal you'll face about 10 Yetis over 9 days, spread across 10 waves. The biggest crowd comes on Day 14, with 2 of them. Harder difficulty levels send more of them, with more health; Easy sends fewer.

What it looks like

A huge fluffy white-lavender snow-beast with a small blue face in the middle of all the fur, an underbite with two cute fangs, and big flat feet. Gag: it wears a knitted pink scarf clearly made by its mom, and it clutches the scarf when hit.

The elite version

The roar also removes the frost slow from nearby allies and makes them immune to it for 3 s.
